The report card is in! Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Day, administered by the Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Foundation, gives girls and boys a unique educational opportunity that expands the walls of the classroom and helps girls and boys reach their full potential at school and in their future work and family lives. By providing your students with a unique learning experience that incorporates practical applications of their studies (such as math, English, and science), and encouraging them to take an active role in their education, this program can enhance your students’ interests and approach to learning.

We acknowledge Broward County, Florida public schools' Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work 2009 program Activity Packets located at their website, created by Deborah Wells, Coordinator, School To Career Department, and for their success in The Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work program.

The Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Foundation wants to hear from educators about their Day. Whether you are a coordinator at a college or a school eduactor who participates in the Day, please send us any agendas, activities/curriculum, or photos you have developed and we may feature them on our website.

In 2010, we hope that schools will continue to support their students and participate in the Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work® experience by partnering with a workplace or planning in-school activities that help girls and boys explore personal and professional aspirations and their goals for the future.

The Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Foundation encourages workplaces and individuals to ensure all our nation's daughters and sons participate in the program by inviting children from housing authorities and shelters, nieces and nephews, neighbors and friends, and more, to join them for Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work®.
